BIOGRAPHY: David did his basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas. He was trained in missile maintenance and served with Matador; Mace A and B; Minuteman II and III; Peacekeeper; Tomahawk (GLICM); and Titan II missiles. David served his country in Bitburg AB, Germany; Sembach AB, Germany; Orlando AFB, Florida; again at Bitburg AB, Germany; Malmstrom AFB, Montana; Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota; Vandenberg AFB, California; Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona; and again at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. David left the service with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and received the Meritorious Service Medal; Air Force Commendation Medal w/1 Device; Air Force Achievement Medal; Air Force Outstanding Unit Award /5 Devices; Air Force Good Conduct Medal w/7 Devices; National Defense Service Medal; Air Force Overseas Long Tour Ribbon w/1Device; Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon w/5 Devices; NCO Professional Military Education Grad Ribbon w/2 Devices; and the Small Arms Expert marksmanship Ribbon w/1 Device.
